Frequently asked questions
Do I need WiFi in the bathroom?
Yes, we recommend a WiFi access point with good coverage in the bathroom for the smart functions (smart mirror, digital shower, app control). If your router doesn't reach well, we include the installation of a WiFi repeater as part of the project.
What happens if the technology fails?
All technological elements have a manual backup mode. The Japanese-style WC works as a conventional toilet, the shower has manual controls and the screen has a physical switch. Furthermore, the brands we use (Roca, Hansgrohe, Grohe) offer technical support throughout Spain.
Will the technology become obsolete?
The electronic components are modular and upgradeable. The smart mirror updates over WiFi and the shower controls receive firmware updates. We use leading brands (Hansgrohe, Grohe, Roca) that guarantee long-term support and spare parts.
