Is it real terrazzo or porcelain?
We offer both options. The Comfort and Premium tiers include real reconstituted terrazzo (cement with marble chips), while the Essential tier uses high-fidelity terrazzo-effect porcelain tile. Both are excellent, but the real thing has a texture and depth that only authentic material can offer.
Does terrazzo stain?
Reconstituted terrazzo requires a professional seal that protects it from stains and liquids. With re-sealing every 3-5 years, it stays in perfect condition. Terrazzo-effect porcelain tile is virtually immune to stains thanks to its near-zero porosity.
Can I choose the chip colors?
In real reconstituted terrazzo, yes — we can customize the marble chip colors within the manufacturer's palette. In terrazzo-effect porcelain tile, the options are defined by the collection (Confetti, Milan Pink, Mint Green).
